Cartridge filter dedusting unit with compressed air blowing system for automatic cleaning. The lower section serves as a pre-chamber removal of course dust and is complete of hopper, dust collector bin, access door and supporting legs. The superior section instead acts as a suction chamber and contains a centrifugal fan and the pneumatic blowing system with tank. The two sections communicate through cellulose or polyester (also antistatic) fibre cylindrical cartridge filters. An electronic control panel allows programming of the cleaning cycle of the cartridges, adjusting the frequency and the opening time of the solenoide blower. The dusty air is sucked in the lower section (circular rear entrance) where inertial separation of the particles with bigger mass occurs, which fall in the hopper, therefore in the collector bin. The remaining dusts are retained by the cartridge filters, while the filtered air reaches the suction chamber and it is ejected. Periodically the blower produces a detachment of residual dust restoring the cartridges.
