Unit composed of a filter housing plenum, with upper inlet including prefilter class ISO Coarse 55% according to ISO 16890, with air volume flow rate electronic regulation fan.

MINILAM laminar flow filters with mechanical or fluid seal can be installed. Filter element is kept in place with quick mounting brackets with Allen pressers.

The lower side is protected by a perforated removable screen for the replacement of the filter element. It is commonly used leaned on a suitable supporting structure to create a contamination controlled area below.

The standard electronics offers the following features: 

• control panel with LCD display for unit remote operation control, supplied with cable (3mt. length)
  The standard control panel allows configuration of 4 different operation modes:
  MODE CA: factory preset with 3 different reconfigurable air flow levels (1/3, 2/3 and 3/3 of the nominal value) and with automatic volume air flow compensation in response to filters clogging
  MODE LS: volume air flow as a function of an external control signal 0-10 V with automatic volume air flow compensation in response to filters clogging
  MODE CPf: the fan air volume is automatically modulated in order to maintain a calculated pressure
  MODE CPs: the fan air volume is automatically modulated in order to maintain a pressure value measured by an external sensor
• operating status alarm (LED + contact)

Fan:

• direct drive radial centrifugal with forward curved impeller for sizes 905x600, 1210X600 and 905X905
• direct drive double inlet centrifugal for size 595X595
• direct drive single inlet centrifugal for size 1210X1210

Electronically commutated electric DC motor with permanent magnets rotor and insulation class B or F depending on size, protection rate IP 44 or IP 54 depending on size. Power 230 VAC, 50 Hz
